"I've been a customer of this State Farm agency since I moved to Tennessee 27 years ago, when the agent was Linda Norton. Their service has been superb. They are friendly and understanding. They can clearly explain what you need to understand. Don't underestimate the value of personal service when you choose insurance. It's very important to me to know that I can walk into a local office and talk to someone I've done business with for several years. I might be able to get less expensive insurance, but I wouldn't get the same level of service.Great service is worth every penny. You don't want to be left fending for yourself if there is a dispute over a claim. Everyone at the office with whom I've dealt has acted professionally and courteously. I work with Kim Anderson on most insurance things - and she's great."
